POLICY'S

Contract


At time of booking you will receive a contract via email. This contract is to ensure customer and photographer satisfaction. This contract will have to be signed in order to continue business.

Deposit:


For every session or event, a NON Refundable deposit must be paid to secure booking. The invoice for this deposit will be sent to your email. This deposit will not be refunded, if you cancel the day of your session, no call no show, or if you are over 10 minutes late to a session. If the session goes according to plan this deposit goes towards your end total.

EXAMPLE: Your session is $150.00, your deposit of $50.00 was paid and you arrived on time. At time of photo delivery you will only owe $100.00.

LATE POLICY:


If you are over 10 minutes late for a session for any reason, your session will be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded. Why? There will be days where I have multiple sessions booked back to back. Although I will put time in between to account for driving/prep, I will not have accounted for you to be late. I respect you and expect you to respect me and my time.

Invoicing:


An initial quote will be provided at time of booking. After deposit is paid, a base invoice will be created. Once the session and editing is complete you will receive a gallery invite and be able to view your photos with a water mark. You will "heart" the photos you wish to receive based off the session chosen and any you would like to add on for an additional fee. Once photos are chosen a final invoice will be sent and will show the deposit removed from the total. The final invoice must be paid in order for the water mark to be removed from the selected images and a final gallery to be sent.

FLORIDA WEATHER

Florida weather can be unpredictable. In the event the session must be canceled due to weather conditions, you may reschedule or if you do not wish to your deposit will be refunded.
